8 oz. rotini or fusilli pasta

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, carefully add the rotini or fusilli pasta. Cook according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down.

      Prepare the Dressing:

        In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, plain Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Using a whisk, blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and all components are fully integrated.

          Mix and Combine:
