2 cups rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini or penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse it under cold running water to cool it down completely. Set the cooled pasta aside in a large mixing bowl.
