2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 cup shredded lettuce (choose between romaine or iceberg)

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 medium tomato, diced

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or spinach)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your preferred dressing)

Juice of 1 lime
