Prep the Mozzarella: Start by draining the mozzarella balls and drying them thoroughly with paper towels. Removing excess moisture is crucial for achieving a crispy texture during frying.

    Set Up a Breading Station: Create an efficient breading setup by placing the flour in the first shallow bowl. In the second bowl, pour in the beaten eggs. In the third bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well to distribute the seasonings evenly.

      Bread the Mozzarella: Take one mozzarella ball and coat it in the flour, ensuring it's fully covered before shaking off any excess. Next, dip the floured ball into the beaten eggs, letting any extra egg drip off. Finally, roll it in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat thoroughly. Repeat this process until all mozzarella balls are breaded.
