2 cups vegetable broth

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach or kale, roughly chopped (optional for extra greens)

Fresh basil or parsley leaves, for garnishing

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:
