Ingredients

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh blackberries (or thawed frozen blackberries)

2 tablespoons honey (for vegan option, substitute with maple syrup)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ cup granola (optional, for added texture)

A pinch of salt

Cooking spray or silicone molds for easy release

Instructions

Prepare the Molds: Start by lightly spraying your donut-shaped silicone molds with cooking spray. This will help the yogurt rings come out easily once frozen.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, add the plain Greek yogurt, fresh or thawed blackberries, honey or maple syrup, the vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a bit of berry texture, pulse the blackberries just until they break down, allowing for small chunks to remain.

Pour the Mixture: Carefully pour the blended yogurt mixture into the prepared silicone molds, filling each mold nearly to the top without overflowing.

Add Granola (Optional): If you enjoy a crunchy topping, sprinkle granola over the yogurt mixture in each mold before it sets.

Freeze: Once filled, place the molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until they are completely solid.

Remove from Molds: After freezing, carefully extract the yogurt rings from the molds. If they prove difficult to release, gently run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy these refreshing yogurt rings immediately as a delightful snack or dessert. If you have leftovers, store them in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks, perfect for a quick treat.
