Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (choose either plain or your favorite flavored variety)

1 cup granola (select your preferred type)

1 cup mixed nuts (chopped almonds, walnuts, and pecans work well)

1/2 cup dried fruit (options include cranberries, apricots, or raisins)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for natural sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for flavor)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt (to enhance all the flavors)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for a touch of indulgence)

Fresh fruit slices for topping (optional, adds freshness)

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Ensure some of the paper hangs over the edges to make it easier to lift the squares out later.

Mix Yogurt Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, mix together the granola, the chopped mixed nuts, and the dried fruit. If you choose to include chocolate chips, fold them into this mixture as well.

Layer Ingredients: Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom. Next, sprinkle half of the granola mixture evenly over the yogurt layer.

Add Remaining Yogurt: Carefully layer the remaining yogurt mixture over the first granola layer, smoothing it out with a spatula for an even finish.

Top with Granola: Add the rest of the granola, nut, and dried fruit mixture on top, pressing down gently to help adhere all the layers together.

Freeze: Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the mixture is completely solid.

Serve: Once fully frozen, lift the edges of the parchment paper to remove the entire block from the dish. Cut into 16 squares or larger pieces if desired. For a special touch, top with fresh fruit slices before serving.

Store: If you have any leftovers, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to one month, ensuring they stay fresh.
