1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

1 cup shredded carrots

1 ripe avocado, sliced

½ cup hummus or your preferred spread

Optional: Thinly sliced radishes for garnish
