2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

6 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and coarsely chopped

1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1 medium ripe tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are completely coated in the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for an even bolder taste.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the cooking surface. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). After grilling, remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
