1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 cup ketchup (to mix into the meat)

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (to create a slurry for thickening)
