1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to your heat preference)

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 whole wheat tortillas or large lettuce leaves for wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing (or regular ranch, if not vegan)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
