1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup buttermilk biscuit dough (or refrigerated biscuit dough)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

    Cook the Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and fully cooked. Once cooked, drain any excess fat from the skillet.

      Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Use a spatula to stir everything together until it is thoroughly mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently fold in the sliced green onions for added flavor.
