16 large cremini or portobello mushrooms, stems removed

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices, diced (or your favorite pizza toppings)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder
