4 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

4 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, whole

1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

½ cup hummus or cream cheese

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Wooden skewers (6-8 inches in length)

Prepare the Bread: Start by cutting each slice of whole grain bread into quarters to create small, bite-sized squares perfect for mini sandwiches.

    Spread the Base: Take your hummus or cream cheese and evenly spread a thin layer on one side of each bread square. This will serve as a flavorful glue to hold your skewers together.
