1/3 cup almond butter (or your choice of nut/seed butter)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are great options)

1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for a sweet touch)

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or substitute with ground cinnamon)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried cranberries or raisins, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Make sure these dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed for an even flavor throughout.
