1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for additional heat)

Cooking oil for frying (such as vegetable or canola oil)
